Ms. Opembe is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, admitted to the bar on 28th October, 2003 and has practiced as such for a period of Twenty (20) years now. She is also Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. She holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, formerly Bhopal University, a Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law and in addition holds a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science, Psychology and Social Work) from the said University. She also has a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law(K.S.L).The proprietor has extensive experience in many areas of the Practice of law, obtained in the course of her many years of practice with reputable Law Firms, including but not limited to Commercial/Corporate Law, Conveyancing/Land Laws including Private and Commercial Real Estate, Company Law, enforcement and realization of securities, Immigration Law, general Civil and Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law, Intellectual Property Rights, (Trademarks, Patents and registration of Utility Models), Employment and Labour Relations, Family and Succession Matters, to mention but a few.Ms. Opembe is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), LSK Sacco Society Limited and LSK Housing Cooperative Societies and also a member of the Amnesty International(Kenya-Chapter). Ms. Opembe previously worked with M/s. M. A. Otega & Co. Advocates, before opening the firm. Prior to which she worked with M/s Miller & Company Advocates and K. H. Osmond Advocate. (Yaya Centre).
Mr. Mutanda, who is one of our Affiliate Advocates is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) and a has a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law (KSL).

He has represented a cross section of clientele in both the private and public sectors.
